Make ticket prices clearer—include the service fee in the price

Make it clearer to the customer how much the ticket will cost as soon as they select it. With the webshop setting “Include service fees in the price,” the ticket price including the service fee is displayed directly in the product list.
Instead of the customer first seeing the ticket price and then the service fee in the shopping cart, you can display the total amount right from the start.
You’ll find this setting under Settings → Webshop Settings → Product List → Include service fees in the price.
Clearer Pricing Right from Ticket Selection
If this setting is not enabled, the ticket price excluding the service fee is displayed in the product list. A ticket that costs 100 SEK with a service fee of 25 SEK is then shown as 100 SEK, while the total amount of 125 SEK only becomes clear in the shopping cart.
When this setting is enabled, 125 SEK is displayed directly in the product list, along with information that 25 SEK of the price is a service fee. This gives the customer a clearer picture of the total cost as soon as the ticket is selected—and prevents them from being surprised by a higher total only when they reach the shopping cart.
