On March 6–7, 2027, the world's alpine skiing elite will once again gather in Kvitfjell for the Audi FIS World Cup. Tickster has been selected to provide the ticketing and access control solution, with the aim of optimizing ticket sales and enhancing the spectator experience.

As Norway’s national alpine skiing arena and a well-established venue on the international World Cup circuit, Kvitfjell has a long tradition of welcoming the world’s top alpine skiers and thousands of passionate fans. In March 2027, the stage is set for another thrilling weekend of high-speed racing in Gudbrandsdalen, with spectacular competitions and an exciting atmosphere both on and off the slopes.

Through the partnership with Tickster, the organizer gains access to a comprehensive platform for ticket sales, access control and data-driven marketing. The collaboration aims to optimize sales, streamline visitor flows and create new opportunities to engage audiences – before, during and after the event.

“We’re very excited to have started our partnership with Tickster. For us, it’s important to continue developing both World Cup Kvitfjell and Summit Kvitfjell, while making it even easier for visitors to enjoy our events. We look forward to exploring the opportunities the new solution brings and creating even greater excitement and engagement around the celebrations in Kvitfjell.” Marie Hoff, Head of side events & Summit Kvitfjell, Hafjell Kvitfjell Alpin

“It’s fantastic to be part of such a prestigious event as Kvitfjell World Cup. With our platform, we want to give the organizer the best possible tools to maximize sales while helping create a great experience for all the skiing fans attending the event,” says Johan Skogsberg, Sales Manager at Tickster.

One platform for sales, audience data and marketing

With Tickster’s flexible ticketing system, Kvitfjell World Cup can easily manage different ticket categories, packages and upselling opportunities, while an efficient access control solution ensures fast ticket validation and smooth entry for spectators.

The platform also provides the organizer with valuable customer and sales data, including real-time reporting and analytics that offer deeper insights into sales performance and audience behavior. With Tickster Promote, these insights can be turned into targeted marketing campaigns, smart segmentation and automated communication – helping drive ticket sales and build stronger relationships with audiences.

The partnership with Kvitfjell World Cup further strengthens Tickster’s position as a technology partner for major sporting events across the Nordics, with a focus on increasing event revenue and enhancing the spectator experience.\
